BIOGRAPHY of Ayodotun Akinbote
Born into a family of six in 36A Abule nla ebute metta, Lagos
Nigeria to Mr & Mrs Akinbode Akinbote on the 30th Of October
1985, Ayodotun Akinbote has four sisters and a brother. The family tree includes
Ayinola Akinbote Oluwafemi, Modupe Akinbote, Temitope Akinbote, Ayodotun
Akinbote, Kofoworola Akinbote and Oyindamola Akinbote. He went to command
children school at army barrack st agnes Sabo Yaba Lagos, Nigeria. He attended
four different secondary schools such as St timothy college in Akoka Iwaya, he
proceed to a boarding school in Badagry Lagos, with Lagos state model college
(Kankon), he also went to an international boarding school in Epe area of Lagos
Nigeria, Citizen comprehensive college (Citicol), he graduated and completed
his Secondary school studies at Shadel international school. Ayodotun gained
admission into a Tertiary institution named Federal college of education
technical (F.C.E.T) He proceed to the best university in Nigeria The university
of Lagos in Nigeria Ayodotun Akinbote graduated with 2nd class in
business Administration in 2010, while in Unilag he discovered his potential as
a Radio presenter, Master of Ceremony, Dancing, project management and customer
management. he presented several radio programs and produced two jingles in his
3 years stint with Unilag Fm, he connected his strength for marketing and
entertainment to make money for himself while on campus, his talent was soon
spotted by a Lagos based Tv station, Television continental, he was recruited
as an assistant production manager of the Tvc kiddies family fun fair in 2008
by his now mentor Mr Kayode awobadejor the then credit controller at tvc,
during a life show production the presenter for the show didn’t arrive on time
and customers were present at the show and my mentor was not around and I had
to cover the laps of the event, I anchored the show with ease and everyone
where surprised, from that day till date his Company Corazon is been outsourced
to double as a presenter and producer of the biggest kiddies show in Nigeria,
The Tvc kiddies family fun fair, the event features primary and secondary
schools across Lagos, Nigeria. The live production and entertainment of this
show was managed by Corazon.
ACHIVEVEMENTS
Ayodotun Akinbode Akinbote is a Nigerian market influencer
and entertainer. He is the founder of Corazon and Advertise my business and
currently operates as its chairman and chief executive officer.
Ayodotun lunched Corazon during his university days as a
student of the University of Lagos Nigeria in 2009, the first project of the
company started was a talent hunt show aimed at discovering and empowering
creative youths in Ogun state to achieve their dreams of becoming a popular
musician in Nigeria. The media event was featured live on radio and tv
(ogbc/ogtv)
In December 2010 the company was recruited to handle the
production and presentation of kiddie’s family fun fair live on Television
continental in Lagos, Nigeria.
EARLY LIFE
Ayodotun Akinbote began his career as a dancer during his
secondary and university days at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, he started
his training as a radio presenter with unilag fm, at unilag radio he developed
other skills such as script writing, voice acting and production. He presented
a youth reorientation program called on stage for 3years, After graduating from
unilag fm he proceeded to Television continental as a Tv producer and presenter
of the kiddies family fun fair which he still presently hold the position till
date as a freelance producer and presenter, he proceeded his training to the
first radio and tv station in Africa Ogtv and Ogbc here he developed his skills
as an event planner, radio presenter, producer, voice actor for another 3years.
