Events: Delta Fashion and Awards Show (DFAS 2015)
The Delta Fashion and Awards is an event that would bring notable people across the state and outside together to create business and development opportunities for stakeholders; individuals and corporate bodies as well as the government. Each year the event will raise awareness for a particular issue ongoing in the society.
The event which makes its debut this year is geared towards identifying talents amongst the state and creating better networking in Delta and its environs, devising means through which such creative potentials can be groomed, nurtured and exposed to the world. An event poised to bringing the glitz, glamour, culture, creativity and a medium to network.
The Program would feature 8 Designers and 2 Celebrity Designers showcasing. 30 Models, 5 Make Up Artists, 5 Wardrobe Stylists and 5 Hair Stylists. Awards would also be given to Notable people who have contributed immensely in Delta State and to the Violence against Women Campaign. A competition would also be included to Award The Fashion Designer Of The Year and The Model Of The Year based on the event.
